I ordered a key on 7/5/20 and after a few days was told the shipment would be delayed. On 7/12 I got an email from them asking what I thought of the key I had yet to receive. I emailed customer service and recommended that they update their system to not send out surveys if the consumer has yet to receive the key, to which I did not get a response. Today, 7/13/20 I received the key. However, it does not work. The 4runner simply turns but will not start. My original key works. I went and purchased a $220 battery and installed it. Still the keyme key will not work and only turns over. The key rattles inside if you shake it. I contacted customer service. They gave me a refund but made no offer to rectify the situation or for me to try another key. So, two weeks later I now have a $220 battery I did not need and am right where I started with no backup key.

Horrible service. Quoted me $180 to slim Jim a lock. I told them I would not do that. They started coming down. Ended up paying $80 for 5 minutes of work. These guys are flat out crooks breaking a window was cheaper then thier first quoted price. They prey on people un thier time of need.

Technician came quickly. Price wasn't the best or most competitive but other companies were 3-4 out.

Out of order. Took my money processed wasted my time and then said the machine was down. does not work! I have talked to other people and they say this doesn't work typically. Do not go here do not go here for keys! Do not waste your time!
